9.04.26 Pursuit of Jade 逐玉 [2026]

This is by far the best medieval CDrama I've ever watched, it could be an exaggeration because the last time I watched such genre was over 13 years ago, frankly I am outdated.
Not a story about becoming the Empress, but a story about a strong lady working hard for righteousness, so she can wife up her house-husband who's the warlord, Marquis Wu'An. And the romance??? AMAZING, soft and fluffy but this show doesn't just offer that, it offers gruesome reality of war and losses. How love becomes your candlelight in those darkest time.

There'll be a dedicated blog for this show, it's not perfect but it's worth giving shot. (Blog will be linked here once posted!)

3.04.26 Destroying a World That Doesn't Exist - Wifies [2026]

The previous video I think it didn't a sequel, this one is less... supernatural horror but more... adventure horror? I love the mysterious vibes in the first one. It took me Game Theory to actually see the details. Perhaps I didn't give it justice, because I ended up playing that video as background in the end while I worked on my website. My guess was, maybe he thought everyone sees through the "fake" ARG in the first vid. But even if it was fake, It was still good! This one feels just to tie the mysteries. But of course the map & effort is still as good! Just the voice & different approach of story-telling didn't captivates me.

31.03.26 Frankenstein - Guillermo Del Toro [2025]

If Castlevania has a movie, this is what I imagine it'll looks like. But genuinely, the artistic choice of EVERYTHING is a treat to my heart. Modern days, I rarely saw people make movies this enriching that's GENUINELY full of art. Top to bottom it's all intentional, colors, styles, each tiny details. My soul yearns to consume art as enriching as this movie. Genuinely, my favourite character is Elizabeth. To most, she's confusing. But I really get her delicate character.
